Black Skull Seeds are super excited to add the world-famous strain Gelato to their collection of connoisseur genetics. Gelato is one of the ground-breaking new strains that has come out of the USA in the last few years. It’s just on the side of an Indica-dominant hybrid (55% Indica/45% Sativa) and was born out of a cross of Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies. Gelato has become renowned for its delicious flavour and incredibly powerful effect backed up with THC levels well in excess of 20%. It boasts a flavour reminiscent of sweet sherbet, with fruity orange and blueberry notes. The aroma is just as sweet, with a heady bouquet of lavender, citrus, and berry. Although Gelato has a slight Indica dominance, the high is uplifting, beginning with a cerebral head rush following by an uplifting euphoric effect and a sense of focus. While the head high builds, a creeping body buzz can be experienced, leaving a relaxed and calm feeling, and a great sense of peace.
